Who this is for

  • Visitors who already have a supplier meeting and need help communicating on site.
  • Buyers discussing product details, samples or order requirements in person.
  • Clients who need interpreting on its own, without adding a sourcing project or a tour.

What we can help with

  1. Review the meeting purpose, location, participants and topic to assess a suitable arrangement.
  2. Use the product information and terminology you provide to prepare for the agreed discussion.
  3. Support two-way communication, ask for clarification and help distinguish a confirmed point from a question still awaiting an answer.
  4. Help identify the details you and the supplier need to verify after the conversation.

What you receive

  • An agreed interpreting arrangement for the confirmed date, place, topic and scope.
  • English–Chinese communication during the agreed on-site discussion.
  • A clearer account of the discussion points and outstanding questions that need confirmation by the parties.

How to start

  • Tell us the meeting date or possible dates, venue or area, expected duration and number of participants.
  • Describe the topic and share product references, an agenda and key terms when available.
  • Explain any specialist or confidentiality requirements before the team confirms suitability. Avoid sharing sensitive documents in the website form.

How fees are agreed

  • Interpreting can be arranged independently. The standard-day starting point and overtime rate are published on the Pricing page; the final scope and preparation are confirmed before payment.
  • A deposit reserves an arrangement only after the team has checked availability and agreed the terms with you.
  • A private car is optional. You can arrange interpreting without requesting a vehicle; travel, vehicles and other third-party costs are confirmed separately.

Before you confirm

How does interpreting relate to market accompaniment?

Already have a supplier meeting arranged? Choose on-site interpreting. Need help visiting markets and discussing products as you go? Start with a market visit. Within the agreed itinerary, market accompaniment and basic language support can be provided by the same person; selecting both descriptions does not automatically add a second day fee.

Do I have to buy a sourcing service as well?

No. On-site interpreting is a separate service. Tell us where and why you need language support so we can discuss the right arrangement.

Do you provide certified, legal or medical translation?

This page describes on-site English–Chinese communication. It does not offer notarised documents or promise specialist legal or medical qualifications. The team must review any specialist request before accepting it.

Does interpreting confirm a product specification or contract for me?

We help the parties communicate. You and the supplier remain responsible for checking and confirming product requirements and commercial decisions; interpreting is not a product certification or legal review.

Can I hear the person’s English before arranging support?

Members’ own recordings can be shared when supplied and approved. Missing or unapproved media remain unavailable and do not identify the interpreter assigned to your request.
